For the better part of 2008, I was thinking of starting this blog as a way of connecting with my friends online, not as an anonymous advertiser that I have been for the last 7 years, but as a human being with a name, as a friend, and as a family member.
A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. This blog post is the beginning of this site’s journey. A site dedicated to bring out the best of you through the power of positive thinking.
I am not some sort of guru, philosopher, psychologist etc. I am just a regular guy trying to improve my life, and eager to share my lessons with others with the hope that it will inspire you.
Although I have known about blogging for a while, this is the first time I have dived into the blogging waters, if you notice some missteps, please let me know and I can improve with time.
Is there anything you have been postponing? Is there something that has the potential to change your life, that is within your power to do, but you have been putting off? In that case, my friend, just do it. Everything that you see around you started as an idea. You can create tomorrow’s reality by turning your ideas into actions. Ideas without action are not worth much.
I wish you all the best for 2009. Please post a comment below to let me know you visited.
Cheers.

Hey Daniel,
My first time to visit your blog here..via facebook. Could you have something inspiring that will make me stop procrastinating? before 2004, my life was on the fast lane, career, love life…name it. Then something happened and im no longer enthusiastic about anything. I know i have alot of potential to be successful, vigorous, physically fit and positive thinking…but ive just lost the zest.

cheers!
[Reply]
@ Karen – I do not subscribe to the conspiracies of secret societies and have no plans for annihilating the Vatican City. My objective here is purely to inspire my friends to be the best they can be. I swear there is nothing more to it. hehe

Hi Yeah;
Got this advert from my facebook page..so as a natural surfer, I clicked to see where it gets me. no regrets, I think you are doing something interesting here. Cult or no cult, I think many people can benefit from positive words/ideas amidst the negative/difficult things happening (bei ya unga, mafuta, moto, macorruptio kibao);;;
Keep it up, and if I can I will check occassioanlly and see what you got
[Reply]
Thank you all who have posted kind messages. Keep checking back will continue updating the site. Your support is keeping me going. Thank you very much friends.
@ Karen – hehe you are the first person to notice it, or atleast mention it. Someone jokingly accused me of starting a cult with this website. The message at the footer of this site is a pun. If the blog is a cult, maybe the contents are best viewed by Aliens on the Mothership …yes that mothership
[Reply]
hey, new here but i like what i have read so far…
Best viewed from the Mothership.? which one is the mothership?
all the best and i will keep on coming back and maybe share too
Cheers!

Hey man, seems i started on the wrong side of the blog, i ha not yet understood your beginnings..
to be honest with u i never suspected you could be a writer, much less an inspirational one..
don’t worry, with time i will finish going through all your articles and digesting them, then when i have the full drift of your articles i could be able to assist u in any little way..
God bless, belated congratulation on the launch of your blog..
[Reply]
Daniel you are just good be blessed and don’t stop there. Also think about those people who cannot reach you through the internet. You are such a challenge to me for the power of words. I love change for I believe change is invitable we cann’t do without it! keep up the goodwork
[Reply]
Daniel I have known you online since you started Kasarani.com and one thing am now certain about is that you are a vehicle for change. The challenge is for you to remain steadfast as you enlarge your horizons and you can count on me to tell you the truth even when its not the sweetest. I feel the motivation coming from your words and indeed it reminds me of the huge burden before those of us who believe that we are here to make the difference. All the best!
[Reply]
Hi Daniel love what your doing here. I just stumbled upon your blog and i believe its for a reason. I believe that nothing happens out of order with your life and that is why this site just happened to be staring at me. I’m loking forward to reading your experience and sharing mine.

Hi Daniel
I like what you are doing. I am yet to read the rest in your blog, but the titles themselves grab my attention. Keep up, you have a generous spirit!
[Reply]
@ Benn – Thank you for your support. Together we have ideas to change the world. Looking forward to doing business with you man.
@ Nyomi – Thank you for your kind words and support over the last one year.
[Reply]
Daniel, like I told you earlier, I was blown away by your ideas, and I meant it. You sound professional, yet still personal, genuine and knowledgable. Keep in mind the philosophy of “think not what others can do for you, but what you can do for others” and sustain your amazing passion for life… and more and more ideas will flow.
You’re growing the wings like the eagles you want to soar like.
Cheers,
Nyomi

Daniel,
Congratulations. You have taken a bold step to share a piece of you with the world.
Life is all about learning not only through experience but through the experience of others.
Share your mind, enjoy the freedom of expression and inspire cause I know you have it in you.

Daniel is a born writer (atleast in your mind) but you have finally taken a plunge and you will be shocked by your potential. I have read your blogs elsewhere, and in my opinion, your just going on with you have been doing…now more centralised and focused. I will be following keenly and spurring you on when you slacken…lol. Congratulations and all the bestfor this new venture.

Thank you Paula for the kind words and for being the first one to comment on this blog. Stay tuned, more articles are on the pipe line.
[Reply]
Well, I am the first to comment on this, which I think is an interesting blog…we all have been in a place where we postponed one thing or the other or thought that even if we try some thing it may not work out…I think with all our ideas and lessons we can all make it.
Paula.
