I love your idea of continuos development. Life is a series of lessons we just have to get the best out of it...
Dan..listening and hearing too is what keeps friends forever..have u ever found yourself in a situation where u just need someone to just listen...
they say,' Silences make the REAL conversations between friends, not the saying but the needing not to say is what counts'.

A nyc one Dan!its only by developing this new habbit there and only then one can developt the power to grow and change in todays world of tremendous challenge, complexity and opportunity.
Before developing this new habbits we need to break the old,bad habbits too..i belive by realizing that there are two powerful forces that determine the change in our habbits(the two forces are:*the tendecies programmed by genetics, enviroment, parents and other significant figures*the wider societal & organisational cultures we are part of)this are the two powerful forces, and you must have INTERNAL WILL that is STRONGER than BOTH of this forces inorder to brake the old bad habbits.

Thanx!!!

Good stuff Dan, as usual. You have touched on it in passing, but I have found having a personal coach in personal branding is one of the best ways of growing your brand.
