Dan, I stand to be corrected when I say that sometimes multitasking could be a way of saving time if whatever one is doing needs immediate attention. Ever found yourself in a situation where you have two items that must be completed real quick? I understand if you say for perfection purposes one needs to work each items attentively but suppose there is limited time on each? What advice can you give?

Dan I remember this word discipline was so much stressed in high school... I did not like it so much because it made sense... Now i look back and Thank God for them....
Be wiser than other people if you can but do not tell them so..

Thanks Daniel, you hit the nail on the head here, especially in relation to me...
Many are the perennial new year resolutions that i left unaccomplished due to procrastination, a sense of being in a comfort zone, spurred on by the thought that if nothing goes wrong with what i do then it is alright-the acme of fallacy.

I recall times in my previous jobs i would be so engrossed in pointless conversations and arguments with staff mates, only to turn and find some reasonably pissed off clients staring at us, reminding me of my duties-all the worse when i was a supervisor.....

Keep up the good work of these articles!!!
